Once you have setup your appointment, we will visit your home, office, or business to begin fixing your computer. You don't do a thing! If one of our technicians cannot fix the problem on-site, they will take the computer or laptop and return with a solution within 24 business hours.

Usually the technicians find and fix the problem within one business day. When the job is done, we will drop off the computer back to you and collect payment for the services given. We accept Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Cards, and PayPal.
